- The 10kV oil-cooled distribution transformer is equipped with a special 25# mineral transformer oil, the breakdown voltage is ≥40kV, the acid value is controlled within 0.03mgKOH/g, and the oxidation resistance and stability are excellent, which can effectively reduce sludge generation and corrosion of metal parts.
- The equipment is equipped with a sealed oil storage cabinet and a moisture absorber, which can accurately control the moisture content in the oil ≤30ppm, avoid the attenuation of insulation performance, and cooperate with regular oil quality inspection guidance to extend the service life of the oil to more than 18 years, greatly reducing the frequency of oil changes and operation and maintenance investment.
Oil Leakage Prevention & Safety Control

- The product adopts a triple sealing and protection design, and the oil-resistant nitrile rubber gasket is used at the flange connection of the fuel tank, and the bolts are evenly tightened to eliminate the risk of oil seepage in long-term operation.
- The fuel tank is formed as a whole from cold-rolled steel plate, which has been tested for 2.5MPa pressure without deformation and leakage, and the protection level is IP30, which can effectively resist outdoor dust and rain erosion.
- At the same time, it is equipped with gas relays, which can accurately capture abnormal signals of dissolved gases in the oil, warn of internal faults in advance, and cooperate with flame-retardant fuel tank coatings to reduce the risk of fire spread, and adapt to outdoor and semi-open-air installation scenarios.
Thermal Stability & Cooling Optimization
The products are designed in accordance with IEC 60076 standard, the winding temperature rise is controlled ≤65K, and the hot spot temperature does not exceed 140℃ to avoid overheating and cause insulation aging.The secondary cooling system of "natural oil circulation + forced air cooling" is adopted. It relies on the natural convection of oil to dissipate heat under conventional loads. The low-noise fan automatically starts at high loads. By optimizing the layout of the fuel tank heat sink, the heat dissipation efficiency is increased by 25%, and it can continue to operate at full load at an ambient temperature of 40℃.The cooling fan has an IP54 protection level, which is suitable for outdoor humid and dusty environments to further ensure the operating stability of the equipment.
