Compact substations integrate medium-voltage switchgear, distribution transformers and low-voltage switchgear into a compact, factory-assembled unit for power distribution. Product structure features

☆Compact structure with small volume, the volume is 1/3-1/5 of European style substation in same capacity. It reduces the floor space efficiently.


☆Whole sealing and full insulated structure ,no need insulation distance. This can protect personal safety


☆High voltage wiring can use both in looped network and terminal with high reliability and flexibility


☆The transformer is with excellent performance, low loss, low Noise, low temperature rise, high overload capacity, strong impact resistant ability and high anti-short circuit capacity.


☆Cable head with two type: 200A elbow connector and 600A "T" type fixed cable connector. Both can equiped with all insulated ZnO lightning conductor. 200A elbow connector can use with load plug and with the function of insulation switch

 

 

Environment condition

☆Ambient air temperature: -5~+40 and the average temperature should not exceed +35 in 24h.


☆Install and use indoors. Altitude above sea level for operation site should not exceed 2000M.


☆Relative humidity should not exceed 50% at max temperature +40. Higher relative humidity is allowed at lower temperature. Ex. 90% at +20. But in view of the temperature change, it is possible that moderate dews will produce casually.


☆Installation gradient not exceed 5.


☆Install in the places without fierce vibration and shock and the sites insufficient to erode the electrical components.


☆Any specific requirement, consult with manufactory.

High Voltage Side

Pre-installed substation high-voltage general use of load switch - fuse combination electrical protection, fuse a phase of fusion, three-phaselinkage debugging, load workers off gas production, vacuum, sulfur hexafluoride and other types to choose from, can be distributed withelectric operating mechanism, automation and upgrading; fuses for high-voltage current-limiting fuse, with impactor, reliable, action, andlarge breaking capacity, the main technology see table below. The main technology is shown in the following table. For transformers above800kV, CSTV1, CSTV2 and other vacuum circuit breakers can be used for protection.

Low Voltage Side

The main switch on the low voltage side adopts universal or intelligent circuit breaker with selective protection; the outlet switch adoptsthe new type of moulded case switch with small volume and short flying arc, which can be up to 30 times; the intelligent automatic trackingreactive power compensation device has two kinds of contactor and non-contact switching modes for the users to choose.

Transformers

Pre-assembled substations use low-loss, oil-immersed, fully sealed S9, S10, S11 series transformers, or resin-insulated or NOMEX paper-insulated environmentally friendly dry-type transformers, with trolleys at the bottom of the transformer can be easily in and out.
