Hermetically Sealed Transformers

Hermetically sealed transformers is a fully enclosed oil-immersed transformer with an overall sealed structure. Unlike traditional ordinary oil-immersed transformers, this equipment adopts a fully sealed fuel tank body design, and the iron core and winding components are completely encapsulated in a fuel tank filled with insulating oil. The internal operating environment is completely isolated from the external air, abandoning the oil pillow breathing structure that exists in traditional transformers. This innovative structural design fundamentally cuts off the contact channel between the internal insulating oil and the oxygen, moisture and dust in the external air, effectively avoids the common faults of traditional transformers such as oil oxidation and moisture aging of insulation, and realizes the long-term operation of the equipment with low maintenance and even almost maintenance-free.

High humidity/Coastal areas: such as coastal factories, docks, island power supply, sealing is effective against salt spray corrosion and tidal gas intrusion.

Highly polluting industrial areas: chemical, metallurgical, cement, mining and other dusty and polluting environments.

Unattended sites: Photovoltaic power stations, wind farm booster stations, railway traction substations, urban box substations and other places where frequent maintenance is difficult.

Areas with high requirements for safety and environmental protection: commercial centres, residential areas, hospitals, schools, etc., to prevent oil leakage and pollution.

Multi-seismic areas: Strong sealed structures with better seismic resistance.
