Products Introduction
Liquid dielectric transformer (also known as oil-immersed transformer) is a high-efficiency power transmission and distribution equipment. It is applicable for power systems with rated voltage of 10KV-220KV, three-phase AC 50/60Hz, and is widely used in industrial and mining enterprises, power grids, commercial buildings, data centers and other fields for voltage conversion, power transmission and distribution. It features low energy loss, high stability and long service life, ensuring reliable power supply for various applications.
Product Design＆Structure
The transformer adopts a hermetically sealed structure design, which complies with international standards such as GB/T 1094, IEC 60076 and ANSI/IEEE C57.12. The tank is made of high-quality steel plates through precision bending and welding processes, with bolted connections for easy maintenance. The core is made of cold-rolled silicon steel sheets with high magnetic permeability, stacked in step-lap lamination to minimize no-load loss and noise.
The winding is made of oxygen-free copper wire, wound with advanced technology to ensure uniform winding and excellent insulation performance. The insulation system uses high-grade transformer oil as the dielectric medium, which provides effective cooling and insulation protection for the core and windings. The tank is equipped with corrugated fins or radiators to enhance heat dissipation efficiency, adapting to different operating temperature environments.
The overall enclosure and key compartments have a protection degree of IP23, effectively preventing the intrusion of solid particles and splashing water. All metal components are reliably grounded to ensure operational safety. The transformer is equipped with pressure relief valves, oil level gauges and temperature monitoring devices to realize real-time monitoring of operating status and timely handling of abnormal conditions.
