Arc failure inside the box transformer can easily cause equipment damage and casualties, and buyers have an urgent need for precise protection.The product has a built-in arc flash detection sensor with a response time of ≤2ms. It can quickly capture the arc optical signal and activate the fast tripping module to limit the arc combustion time. At the same time, the box body reserves a pressure relief channel to quickly release the internal pressure and avoid the box body exploding.The internal insulating parts are cast with F1-grade flame-retardant epoxy resin and have passed the IEC 60298 anti-arc light test, which greatly improves operating safety and adapts to the surrounding power distribution scene in densely populated areas.

The product is equipped with a modular reactive power compensation module, the compensation capacity can be accurately matched according to the rated capacity of the transformer, and supports phase separation compensation, which can effectively suppress three-phase imbalance and voltage fluctuations, and stabilize the power factor above 0.95.

At the same time, the impedance design of the transformer is optimized, and the impedance voltage deviation is controlled within ±5% to ensure that the voltage regulation rate is ≤±2% when the load is switched, which is suitable for commercial and industrial scenarios where precision equipment is concentrated.
