Prefabricated Box Type Substation

• The 10kV Prefabricated Box Type Substation launched by Kechang Electric strictly follows the standardized design plan of the 2020 version of the State grid.
• The voltage configuration of 10kV on the high-voltage side and 0.4kV on the low-voltage side is compatible with the mainstream capacity of 400kVA-630kVA, and can be directly adapted to residential areas, industrial parks and other state grid coverage scenarios.
• The product has passed the special inspection of the State Grid and comes with complete compliance documents. It can meet the acceptance requirements without additional modification, so as to avoid the risk of rework and delays caused by non-compliance with the standards for buyers.

1.Main structure

• This series of prefabricated substations are composed of the enclosure, high-voltage distribution equipment and control equipment, transformers, low-voltage distribution equipment and control equipment, as well as corresponding internal connection lines (cables, busbars and others) and auxiliary equipment.
• They are divided into three functional compartments: high-voltage room, transformer room and low-voltage room.

2.High pressure room

• The primary power supply system on the high-voltage side can be arranged in various power supply modes such as ring network power supply, terminal power supply and dual power supply. It can also be equipped with high-voltage metering components to meet the requirements of high-voltage metering.
• There are usually two ways to protect 10kV end-user distribution transformers: one is to use the combined electrical protection composed of load switches and high-voltage fuses, and the other is to use vacuum circuit breakers for protection.
• The high-voltage chamber has a compact and reasonable structure and is equipped with a comprehensive anti-operation interlock function. The high-voltage ring main unit can be equipped with network automation terminals to achieve reliable detection of short circuits and single-phase grounding faults. It has the "four remote" function, which is convenient for the upgrade of distribution network automation.

3.Transformer room

• The intelligent integrated substation can adopt oil-immersed transformers or dry-type transformers. It is equipped with trolleys at the bottom and additional tracks to facilitate the entry and exit of the transformers.

4.Low voltage room

• The main switch on the low-voltage side adopts an intelligent circuit breaker for selective protection.
• The outgoing line switch adopts a new type of plastic-enclosed switch, which is small in size, has a short arc fly, and can reach up to 30 circuits at most.
• The intelligent automatic tracking reactive power compensation device offers two switching methods for users to choose from: contactor and contactless.
• The low-voltage room has multiple functions such as power distribution, lighting distribution, reactive power compensation, energy metering and electrical quantity measurement, which meet the different needs of users and facilitate their electricity management and improve the quality of power supply.

5.Shell

The shell structure is unique and diverse in form, including general-purpose type, villa type, compact type and many other styles. According to the user's requirements, various materials such as landscape type, GRC material, metal material, non-metal material and composite material can be selected.

The shell is sturdy, heat-insulating, heat-dissipating, ventilated, aesthetically pleasing, and has a high protection level. The box structure can prevent rainwater and dirt from entering, ensuring the safe operation of all electrical equipment.
