The Prefabricated Compact Transformer Substation supports both ring network type and terminal type configuration, and has a built-in high-voltage ring network switch, which can realize multi-loop power supply linkage. When a certain loop fails, it will automatically switch to the backup loop, and the power supply recovery time is ≤5 minutes, which greatly reduces the loss of power failure.
At the same time, the impedance and voltage design are optimized to ensure that the voltage fluctuation is ≤±2% when the loop is switched, to avoid impact on precision equipment, and to adapt to scenarios where the stability of the power supply is demanding.

Kechang adopts non-metallic composite box material to replace the traditional metal box. It has excellent resistance to salt spray, ultraviolet rays and chemical corrosion.
There is no risk of metal corrosion, and the service life is longer than that of the metal box by more than 10 years.The sealing performance of the box reaches the IP54 protection level, and with the anti-condensation intelligent control module, it can operate stably in a wide temperature range of -30℃～55℃ and a relative humidity of 95%.
There is no need to install additional anti-corrosion facilities to reduce the supporting cost of the project.
The product adopts a modular partition design, the high-voltage chamber, the low-voltage chamber, and the transformer chamber are separated independently, and standardized maintenance windows and passages are reserved. Single-module maintenance can be completed without overall disassembly.The internal components are connected by plug-in type, and with a clear identification system, the replacement time of the faulty parts is ≤30 minutes, which is 60% more efficient than the traditional box change maintenance, greatly shortening the maintenance time of power outages and reducing the labor cost of operation and maintenance.
