The 24kV high-voltage removable switchgear is the core power distribution equipment in heavy-duty continuous production industries such as petrochemical, mining, and large-scale manufacturing. The fully modular circuit breaker structure, the circuit breaker unit is quickly disassembled and assembled along the guide rail, and the replacement of the faulty unit is ≤20 minutes. The operation and maintenance efficiency is 70% higher than that of traditional fixed equipment, reducing unplanned power outages.
Equipped with mechanical and electrical dual five-proof interlocking, to prevent operation with load and false closing; with a visual observation window, the status can be seen without professional testing to reduce risks. The cabinet body is made of 2mm aluminized zinc steel plate, leaving a safe air gap between the cabinets to prevent the spread of arcs.
2. Resistant to extreme environments and stable operation throughout the year
For high temperature, high humidity, dust, corrosion, salt spray and other working conditions, a three-stage seal is made to protect IP4X, and the circuit breaker room door still reaches IP2X when it is opened, which is dust-proof and anti-accidental contact.
The core insulation parts are vacuum-cast with epoxy resin +H grade material, with a temperature resistance of 180℃, -40℃~55℃, and a humidity of 95%. It can run continuously, and is suitable for high altitudes in the northwest, hot and humid in the south, and coastal salt spray and other areas.

In line with the EU ecological design energy efficiency standards, the no-load loss is 22% lower than the IEC standard, and the load loss is 18% lower; the annual power saving cost of 2000kVA equipment is about 28,000.
Optimize the natural cooling air duct, high-load optional intelligent temperature-controlled fan, heat dissipation does not waste electricity; operating noise ≤52dB, no additional sound insulation, suitable for the scene where the factory office is next to the production area.

Built-in intelligent monitoring + remote control module, connected to intelligent operation and maintenance robots, the whole process of circuit breaker sub-closing and hand-car operation is unmanned, and manual inspection is reduced by more than 95% to avoid high-risk operations.
Support Modbus TCP/IP to connect to a remote center, real-time transmission of parameters, fault warning, statistics, traceability, help the power distribution system fine operation and maintenance, and check hidden dangers in advance.
