High-voltage circuit breakers are used in power networks to open and close high-voltage circuits, and they can cut off current quickly when short circuits or overloads appear. Product Design&Structure
The breaker is built for long-term service under high voltage. Each part has been checked through practical use. The internal layout is arranged so current can pass smoothly and heat-related issues are reduced.
The outer housing uses strong, corrosion-resistant materials that handle wind, rain, dust, and temperature changes. It also offers protection against impact. The sealed structure keeps out moisture and slows down insulation aging.
Inside, the arc-extinguishing section uses suitable media and a chamber layout that helps stop arcs quickly during faults, reducing wear on the contacts. The contacts themselves use alloy materials with good conductivity and long wear life.
The operating mechanism allows quick opening and closing. Springs, rods, and related parts are tested to handle repeated use without mechanical problems.
The insulation layout uses proper distance and materials that can handle high voltage. Cables are arranged in fixed channels to limit interference and make future checks easier.
Modules such as the arc chamber, operating mechanism, and small transformers follow a unified style, making production, installation, and later replacement more convenient. The breaker can be used together with other power-related equipment without compatibility issues.
