  • In space-restricted scenarios such as the renovation of oldDistribution Dry Type Transformers buildings and underground power distribution rooms, buyers have urgent needs for equipment size and installation flexibility.The product adopts a compact structure design, the width of the cabinet can be compressed to within 800mm, and the weight is 25% lighter than that of traditional oil-free transformers.
  • The installation can be completed without large-scale hoisting equipment, and it is suitable for narrow corridors, elevator transportation and floor distribution room layout.Support wall-mounted and floor-standing dual installation methods, the terminal can be rotated and adjusted according to the direction of the on-site line, and the copper bar is compatible with the cable terminal design, which greatly reduces the difficulty of on-site transformation, installation and commissioning, and shortens the construction cycle.

 

 

Component Durability & Short-Circuit Resistance

 

  • Buyers pay great attention to the impact resistance of equipment and the durability of components. After all, short-circuit failures can easily lead to equipment scrap.The coil of the product adopts oxygen-free copper wire dense winding process, and is treated with Nomex insulation paper inter-layer insulation and VPI vacuum pressure compression.
  • The structure is tight and not easy to deform, and the maximum short-circuit resistance current can reach 31.5Ka/3s, which far exceeds the requirements of IEC standards.The iron core adopts cold-rolled silicon steel sheet with high permeability, which is annealed to reduce magnetostrictive loss, and is equipped with reinforced clamps to avoid loosening of the iron core during long-term operation.All electrical connectors are made of tinned copper strips, with small contact resistance and strong oxidation resistance, which effectively reduces the risk of heat generation and failure.
