With the upgrading of domestic urban and rural power grids and the continuous advancement of wind power photovoltaic new energy grid-connected construction, 35kV high-voltage oil-immersed transformers, as the core equipment of power transmission and distribution, are widely used in substations, industrial and mining plants, rail transit and various new energy boost stations. With its stable and durable characteristics and adaptability to complex operating conditions, oil-immersed substation equipment is still the mainstream choice in the field of power infrastructure.

The oil-immersed transformer is sealed and filled with insulating oil as a whole, and the core components are divided into two modules: silicon steel laminated iron core and copper-aluminum winding, relying on the law of electromagnetic induction to complete the voltage rise and fall conversion. Alternating current is passed into the high-voltage winding to generate an alternating magnetic field, and then electrical energy is induced on the low-voltage side. The voltage level is adjusted by the ratio of the number of turns of the coil. The loss of electrical energy transmission is extremely low, which can meet the needs of long-distance transmission and terminal electricity distribution.

Insulating oil is the key medium for the stable operation of equipment, and it has the dual functions of heat dissipation and insulation. After the operating heat is absorbed by the oil, it circulates naturally and flows through the outer wall of the fuel tank to complete the heat dissipation; at the same time, the oil with high insulation strength can isolate the air, avoid arc breakdown of the high-voltage windings, and ensure safe operation at the 35kV voltage level. The equipment is divided into two cooling structures, oil-immersed self-cooling and forced oil circulation, which can be adapted to different capacity conditions.

After structural and technological optimization, the new generation of oil-immersed transformers is equipped with noise reduction technology, which reduces operating noise by 20% compared with traditional models, and can land in noise-sensitive areas such as hospitals, residential areas, and data centers. The fully sealed structure significantly delays the aging of the insulating oil, and the oil replacement cycle can reach more than 5 years under normal operation and maintenance conditions, and the design and service life of the whole machine exceeds 30 years. The equipment is equipped with a full set of safety protection devices such as pressure release valves and gas relays. It is suitable for ambient temperature of -25℃~+40℃. It can also be customized to adapt to high altitude scenarios of 3000 meters, which can meet the requirements of complex overseas regions such as high cold, high humidity, and mild corrosion.

Compared with dry transformers, oil-immersed products have stronger heat dissipation performance, lower operation and maintenance costs throughout the life cycle, and are more suitable for outdoor power stations and new energy grid-connected projects. Deeply engaged in the manufacture of substation equipment for many years, the leading production enterprises in the industry continue to optimize energy efficiency and sealing technology, continue to launch first-class energy-efficient low-loss models, and continue to provide reliable substation solutions for domestic and foreign power grids and new energy engineering projects.
