As the global number of new energy construction and power grid transformation projects continues to increase, the project construction period of overseas customers is under increasing pressure. The transformer delivery cycle is too long, which has become a major factor restricting the advancement of the project. In order to better serve global partners and respond to the urgent needs of the market, Kechang Electric has recently optimized the overall production schedule, improved the entire supply chain process, and shortened the delivery time of transformers and complete sets of power equipment.
In view of the differentiated order needs of Europe, Southeast Asia, Central Asia, the Middle East and other regions, we have adjusted the production arrangements of standard and customized transformers. In terms of conventional distribution transformers, Kechang Electric maintains sufficient reserves of raw materials and adopts standardized modular production to effectively improve production speed. Customized transformers for special working conditions such as low-temperature, high-temperature, and anticorrosive types, we plan production batches separately, taking into account product quality control and delivery timeliness.
At the same time, the company has strengthened multi-departmental coordination in technology, production, quality inspection, and logistics. Streamline redundant production links, optimize process flow, carry out product testing in strict accordance with IEC standards, and reduce repetitive operations and quality rework. This overall upgrade, on the basis of ensuring the stable performance of the product, significantly compressed the overall production cycle.
Fast and stable delivery has always been the core advantage of Kechang Electric's overseas business. Through this production optimization, we can better help overseas EPC general contractors and end users solve the pain points of long procurement cycles. In the future, we will continue to optimize production management and supply chain resource allocation to provide more efficient and reliable power equipment solutions for global power grid projects and new energy projects.
