Product Design&Structure
At the design level, compact layout design for low-voltage cabinet is adopted. By optimizing the arrangement of internal components, the footprint is greatly reduced while ensuring the performance of the equipment, and it is suitable for all kinds of small installation spaces. At the same time, adhering to the concept of humanized operation and maintenance design, the cabinet door adopts a quick-release structure with a transparent observation window, which is convenient for operation and maintenance personnel to quickly check the operating status of internal components, and basic inspections can be completed without disassembly, reducing the difficulty of operation and maintenance operations.
In order to improve environmental adaptability, IP4X protection level design for electrical cabinet has been integrated, which has good dust-proof and foreign object-proof properties, and can operate stably in complex environments such as dust and humidity. In addition, the insulation design adopts high-temperature resistant insulating material selection, which effectively improves the insulation reliability, avoids safety hazards caused by high temperature or insulation aging, and guarantees the continuous safe operation of the power distribution system.

It adopts a modular splicing structure, which is mainly composed of a cabinet frame, a functional unit module, a busbar system, a secondary circuit and an auxiliary power distribution module. Among them, the cabinet frame is made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plates processed by CNC, and modular splicing is achieved by bolted connection, which is convenient for installation and high carrying strength; functional unit modules include circuit breaker units, isolation switch units, metering units, etc., each unit can be disassembled and assembled independently, which is convenient for later expansion and maintenance; the busbar system adopts copper bar connection, excellent electrical conductivity, and insulation coating treatment to reduce the risk of short circuit; the secondary circuit integrates control, protection, monitoring and other functions to improve the stability of the circuit through standardized wiring, and the auxiliary power distribution module provides a stable power supply for the internal control components of the equipment to ensure the coordinated operation of the various systems.
