Equipped with a fully sealed vacuum arc extinguishing chamber, the internal components of the equipment are completely isolated from the external environment. This means you won't need to perform regular cleaning or replace parts. The core spring operating mechanism has undergone strict testing, boasting a mechanical life of up to 30,000 times-no lubrication or maintenance is required at all. Compared with traditional equipment that needs inspection and maintenance at least twice a year, this one can cut on-site maintenance workload by 90%, effectively reducing OPEX. It's especially well-suited for projects where frequent maintenance is difficult to carry out.
Wide Temperature Range & High Protection
The equipment features an IP44 protection level, with a thickened anti-corrosion galvanized steel shell and a tight sealing structure. These designs effectively keep out dust, water vapor and corrosive gases. It can operate stably in a temperature range of -25℃ to 45℃, even at an altitude of 2000 meters and a relative humidity of 95%, without the need for additional protective devices. Its internal insulation components are made of Class H (180℃) materials, which can withstand high temperatures for a long time and are not easy to age-perfect for stable operation in both peak summer heat and cold winter conditions.

For places like commercial buildings, hospitals and data centers, equipment noise and fire safety are crucial. We've optimized the equipment's operating mechanism and added shock absorption components, so the operating noise is controlled below 45dB, which meets IEC noise standards. The entire machine adopts an oil-free design, and its core insulation components are cast with F1-grade flame-retardant epoxy resin-this completely eliminates hidden dangers of oil leakage and fire.
