High Short-Circuit Withstand Capacity
- In the distribution network, short-circuit shocks caused by industrial
equipment start-stop and line failures are the main causes of transformer damage. Once the failure occurs, it will cause large-scale power outages.The equipment adopts a winding structure optimized by dynamic analysis, and the high-voltage winding wires are automatically wound by the flattening process to enhance the mechanical strength; high-strength insulating materials are selected between the layers and the turns to ensure that the windings are tight and firm. - After rigorous testing, it can easily withstand the impact of 31.5kA short-circuit current, and the level of partial discharge (PD) in key parts is controlled below 10pC, effectively avoiding failures caused by insulation aging.

IP54 Harsh Environment Adaptation

Low-Noise Operation

- Kechang controls noise through a triple noise reduction design: high-quality core materials are selected and the self-vibration frequency is optimized. The core is manufactured by stepped joint technology to reduce magnetostrictive noise, and shock absorbers are installed to reduce operating vibration conduction.

High-temperature operation can easily accelerate the aging of insulation and bury safety risks.Distribution Type Transformer has built-in multiple PT100 temperature sensors to monitor the oil temperature of the iron core, winding and top layer in real time.The intelligent thermostat can automatically display temperature data, and automatically start the cooling system when the temperature is close to the warning value; sound and light alarms will be issued immediately when the temperature is over temperature.Through the MODBUS/RS485 protocol, you can also access the remote monitoring platform to realize remote real-time monitoring of temperature rise data, allowing you to predict the risk of failure in advance, change from "post-mortem maintenance" to "predictive maintenance", and significantly reduce operation and maintenance costs.
