Product Introduction
Epoxy resin cast dry type transformer (CRT) is the "safety guard" in modern power distribution systems. It adopts advanced vacuum casting technology to completely encapsulate and cure the high and low voltage windings with epoxy resin to form a solid whole. Unlike traditional oil-immersed transformers, CRT belongs to the category of dry transformers, and does not contain flammable insulating oil inside, which fundamentally eliminates fire hazards. According to the core characteristics of Kechang products, this series of products is designed for places with high reliability and high safety requirements, and is an ideal choice to replace old oil-immersed transformers.
The ultimate fireproof and flame retardant: the F-class insulation system is used, and the flame-retardant epoxy resin shell is wrapped outside. In case of fire, it is non-flammable, smokeless and non-toxic, completely eliminating the risk of fire caused by leakage or overheating of oil-immersed transformers.
Maintenance-free sealing structure: Based on the characteristics of Kechang dry change technology, the coil is tightly structured, moisture-proof and rust-proof after vacuum pressure impregnation (VPI) and pouring. There is no need to change the oil or filter the oil regularly like oil immersion, and it is truly "maintenance-free for life".


Super environmental adaptability: The fully enclosed structure effectively resists the erosion of moisture, salt spray and chemical gases, especially suitable for coastal, underground and chemical environments, and its operating stability far exceeds that of ordinary open dry changes.
