Heavy-duty power conversion hub
As one of the main products of Kechang Electric's high-capacity equipment series, large-scale power transformers are designed for demanding power transmission and distribution applications. Designed according to IEC60076 and GB1094 standards, they support capacities from 6300kVA to 60,000 kVA and voltage levels up to 35kV. These devices play a key role in power networks, industrial complexes, and large-scale infrastructure systems to ensure reliable conversion and transmission of electricity under heavy loads.
Low-loss grain-oriented silicon steel core
In order to improve the overall efficiency, the transformer adopts a grain-oriented silicon steel core with low power loss. The iron core is made of thin, high-quality laminates and arranged in a precise step-by-step lap manner, which reduces hysteresis and eddy current loss. Compared with common industry designs, load loss can be reduced by 10%-15%, helping to reduce long-term operating costs. This configuration supports modern goals of reducing energy consumption and emissions.

Forced oil circulation cooling system
In order to manage the heat generated during high-capacity operation, the transformer relies on a forced oil circulation cooling system. The pump quickly moves the insulating oil through the windings and radiator, thereby effectively taking away heat. This keeps the temperature rise of the winding at ≤65k, helps prevent insulation deterioration, and maintains stable performance even at 110% overload. Cooling options can be adjusted according to installation location and environmental restrictions.
Enhanced winding insulation structure
In order to extend the service life, the winding of the transformer adopts a reinforced insulation system. High-purity copper conductors are wrapped in multiple insulating layers and impregnated with vacuum pressure to enhance structural stability. This enhances resistance to short-circuit forces and supports more than 100,000 hours of reliable operation. The shell is made of heavy-duty steel with anti-corrosion protection, which enables the equipment to operate reliably in harsh industrial environments.

Project-specific parameter adjustments
These units can be configured to meet project-specific requirements. Parameters such as capacity, voltage ratio, winding setting and cooling arrangement can be customized according to engineering drawings and application needs. Typical use cases include the upgrading of mining, metallurgy, petrochemical sites, and urban distribution networks. Remote status tracking
Integrated monitoring components can track temperature, oil level, and local discharge activity.
