Core advantages
The product uses epoxy resin as the main insulating material, which has the outstanding characteristics of non-flammable, self-extinguishing, and non-toxic smoke.Even at extreme high temperatures, it will not produce toxic gases or burst, completely eliminate fire hazards, and can be installed directly in the load center (such as the basement, inside the shopping mall), without the need for separate fireproof compartments and accident oil tanks, saving building space.

Vacuum pouring, strong crack resistance

Imported epoxy resin formula and vacuum pouring process are used to complete degassing, mixing and pouring in the mold to ensure that there are no air bubbles and no cavities inside the coil.After curing, a dense and hard whole is formed, with extremely high mechanical strength, strong short-circuit resistance, and can effectively prevent cracking caused by thermal expansion and contraction during operation, and adapt to frequent overload conditions.
Thanks to strict manufacturing technology and high-quality insulation materials, the partial discharge of the product is controlled below 5pC (much lower than the national standard 10pC).At the same time, the iron core adopts high-permeability cold-rolled silicon steel sheet, combined with the stepped joint process, the no-load loss and load loss are much lower than the national standard value, and the economic benefits of long-term operation are significant.

Intelligent temperature control and fan system

Standard intelligent temperature controller, real-time monitoring of three-phase winding temperature, with over-temperature alarm, tripping and automatic start and stop fan functions.In forced air cooling (AF) mode, the rated capacity of the transformer can be increased by about 40%, which can effectively cope with seasonal peak loads or emergency overload requirements and ensure the reliability of power supply.
Compact structure, small size and light weight.The standard product protection level is IP20, which can effectively prevent small animals or foreign objects from entering; optional IP23 protective cover, suitable for outdoor or humid, dusty industrial environments, without additional cabinets.
