VPI Insulation & High Temperature Resistance

- In the long-term operation of voltage regulating equipment, the aging of winding insulation is the main cause of failure, especially under high temperature and high load conditions.
- The risk is higher.The equipment adopts VPI vacuum pressure dip paint process to treat the windings, and is filled with H-grade insulation materials and Nomex paper layers.
- The insulation system can withstand high temperatures of 180℃, effectively delaying the aging rate of insulation.After rigorous testing, the partial discharge volume is controlled below 10pC, and the insulation resistance is stable in the high standard range. Even under long-term full-load operation, the hidden dangers of insulation breakdown can be avoided, and the expected service life can reach more than 25 years.

Dual Cooling System Adaptation
When the load exceeds 70% or the temperature rise reaches the set threshold, the low-noise fan is automatically activated and switched to forced air cooling, and the heat dissipation efficiency is increased by 40% to ensure that the temperature rise is controlled within the allowable range of Class F insulation.The fan adopts a silent design, the operating noise is less than 50dB, which conforms to IEC noise standards, and is suitable for indoor precision scenes.
Anti-Interference & Grid Compatibility

- The equipment has a built-in EMC filter module, which can effectively resist external electromagnetic interference, while avoiding secondary pollution to the power grid from its own operation, and complies with IEC 61000 series electromagnetic compatibility standards.
