The indoor transformer adopts a high-quality epoxy resin cast structure, which has the characteristics of safe operation, fire prevention and explosion-proof. 2. Advantages
High fire safety
The indoor transformer adopts epoxy resin vacuum casting process, the winding is completely sealed in a flame-retardant insulating layer, and the fire rating reaches F (temperature resistance 155℃). Even if an extreme short circuit occurs, the shell temperature is lower than 100℃, which effectively avoids the risk of open flames at the source of the fire.

Ultra-quiet operation
The design avoids the resonance frequency by adjusting the scale factor of the iron core layer by layer. The material adopts high-quality silicon steel sheet to reduce the hysteresis loss rate.The processing process adopts advanced iron core production line, and the processing burrs are ≤0.03mm.The assembly link adopts an advanced five-step stacking process to effectively reduce the air gap at the joints of the iron core.

Compact space adaptation
The dry-type transformer is 40% smaller and 30% lighter than the oil-immersed transformer of the same capacity, and can be directly embedded in the power distribution cabinet or wall-mounted installation.It is compact in size, easy to transport, and easy to access the elevator and indoor environment.
