The core is to restrain the operation sequence of operators and prevent electric shock, short circuit, and power failure caused by human misoperation. It is the most basic safety barrier for power distribution equipment.

1. Prevent mis-division and mis-combination of circuit breakers, avoid power failure for no reason or forcibly send power to the maintenance line.
2. It is forbidden to bring a load separation isolation switch. Forcibly closing the gate under the load current will produce a strong electric arc, which will burn personnel and equipment.
3. It is strictly forbidden to bring a combined grounding switch and hang a grounding wire. Live grounding will directly cause a short circuit of the busbar, which can easily cause personal injury or death.
4. When the grounding switch is not disconnected, the circuit breaker and isolation switch cannot be closed to prevent the ground wire from sending electricity to the cabinet.
5. The cabinet door is mechanically locked when the interval in the cabinet is charged, and the door can only be opened after the gate is opened and reliably grounded to avoid personnel straying into the live interval and being electrocuted.
The complete set of interlocks relies on the linkage of mechanical connecting rods, program locks, and live display devices, which cannot be easily unlocked artificially, and standardizes the whole process of maintenance and reverse braking.
